Job Description:

Work with sales and marketing team for the pricing and tendering application process. Prepare product pricing relevant documents and tendering submission documents to ensure timely submission of tenders and pricing application; monitoring external websites and inner share folder update.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales managers and reps to manage and maintain good relationship with tendering and related hospital stakeholders to keep up to date with tender and pricing requirements and for documents submission.

• Perform complex data analysis and generate reports – partner with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations to drive business performance

• Provide guidance to sales managers and reps to manage tenders, lead in improvement projects, develop SOP

• Contribute to tendering & pricing policy and regulations.

• Lead to standardize tendering & pricing documents center building.

• Provide tendering & pricing information and documents to relevant teams

• Maintain tendering website and company internal share folders for tendering notice and documents collection

• May provide guidance and coaching to more junior level team members

• Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Related field, 5 Years years experience previous related experience Required and

Experience in pricing and tendering application for imported medical products Preferred

Additional Skills:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills

• Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Full knowledge of local policy and regulations for pricing and tendering application

• Full knowledge and understanding of analytics and tender management

• Full knowledge of business acumen

• Good leadership skills and ability to influence change

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
