As a Salesforce Product Owner with [Recruiting Agency], you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, digital transformation leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. From concept to execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the Salesforce product portfolio and driving strategic initiatives that enhance business processes and user experiences. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle including ideation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and deployment.Own and optimize the Salesforce product portfolio sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Facilitate productive discussions and workshops with stakeholders to drive Salesforce initiatives forward.Develop detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and validate that deliverables meet business needs.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive strategic business process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.Collaborate effectively with project teams to resolve issues and manage project dependencies.Provide insights and recommendations for maximizing platform value and achieving business objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on enterprise business application management and development.3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.Proven ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document system designs.Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to innovate solutions.Experience with agile methodologies, JIRA, and scrum practices.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Prior consulting experience preferred; exposure to the healthcare domain is a plus.Salesforce certifications are advantageous.US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS ONLY ** PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE CANNOT ACCEPT C2C, C2H, WORK PERMITS OR VISA TRANSFERS.** NO OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE NEEDED.
