Legal Cashier Account Assistant

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum.
The Role
Our client, a dynamic and market-leading law firm based in Reading, are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their finance team as a Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Administration: Maintain precise financial records, handle client billing, and manage cash transactions with accuracy and diligence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations, including Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules.
- Trust Account Management: Administer and monitor client trust accounts, ensuring the secure handling of client funds.
- Expense Administration: Process legal expenses, allocate costs appropriately, and contribute to efficient financial reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal professionals and administrative staff, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
