At Reach, not only will you feel better understood, you will also feel you understand other people better too.Job DescriptionResearching established brands and potential partnersProactively reaching out to potential leads and setting up initial meetings to attend with Business Development Managers. As time progresses, you will be leading your own sales calls.Working with the Business Development Managers and assisting with new partnerships launchesSupporting Managers to ensure that the venture is supported by the businessBuilding strong working relationships and supporting all areas of the businessWorking with admin team to ensure the advertising schedule is booked correctlyYou’ll be an advocate of our culture, personifying Reach Solutions principles and behaviours including Collaboration, Imagination, Determination, Excellence & Professionalism.QualificationsYou will have strong organisation skills – Media is a fast paced and varied work environment.You’ll be driven and inquisitive about Media, Sales and Advertising.We are looking for creativity! An eagerness to contribute to monthly brainstorming sessions and ability to develop new ideas is key to this role.The right candidate will be a proactive communicator and will be able to write coherent and compelling partnership decks.Previous experience with Google Docs/Sheets is ideal but not essential.Additional InformationWe’re offering the right candidate a basic salary of £25,643 + 20% BonusPlus, as part of the Reach family you’ll have access to a brilliant range of benefits, including:
