Recruitment Consultant – HGV & Logistics Specialists Location: Bradford, YorkshireSalary: £35k – £60k OTE (£35k base + attractive commission structure)We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving agency specialising in HGV drivers and logistics personnel placements across Yorkshire.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand client base within the transportation and logistics sector
- Source high-quality temporary and permanent candidates for HGV and logistics roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct business development activities to drive agency growth
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact to candidate placement
Requirements:
- Proven sales and recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Resilient and target-driven personality
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and proficiency with recruitment software
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary up to £35k
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £60k – £70k
