This is an exciting role for any experienced SaaS sales enablement professional wishing to directly impact business results and grow their leadership career within a vibrant and dynamic culture. You will work closely with business leadership to deliver world class enablement solutions that make a remarkable difference on seller results and our customer experience.Your primary responsibility will be to build, own and drive all aspects of our Sales Enablement & Development strategy as well as critical components of our general field enablement plan. You will lead through a metric first approach to find and then build exciting solutions that directly affect and influence positive business results.As a critical member of the people team, you will play a pivotal role as brand and culture ambassador.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop the sales enablement and development plan for 2024-2025, directly addressing key business problems and performance metrics2. Drive all programming responsibilities for the Sales Enablement & Development strategy including solution design and build, lead coach and facilitation, sales manager coaching and on-the-job enablement quality oversight3. Learning experience design, development and delivery – focusing on solutions to meet scoped formats including hybrid learning, virtual first and in-person in-office delivery4. Partner closely with global sales leadership team, staying close to their key priorities and demonstrating this through agile management of the enablement curriculum and programming5. Work closely with the Senior Director of Centralized Enablement & TD and Learning Operations to deliver monthly and quarterly activity and impact reports6. Develop enablement resources for on-the-job learning in keeping with best practices and team standards, including micro-videos, one pagers and field guides, info graphics and ‘how-to’ guides7. Full program management responsibility – planning, goal setting and alignment, scheduling, tracking, reporting, delivering on-time business commitments8. Passionate and committed to staying up to date with industry and competitor trends9. This role may include one direct report transitioning within 6 monthsRole Requirements (Experience and Competencies):· 5+ years of proven experience in a sales enablement lead or Manager role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS company· Extensive experience partnering with leadership (Director – VP – Executive) and delivering intuitive solutioning to meet their needs· Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for colleagues within a sales and field enablement scenarios· Experience and proficiency for elearning authoring and management tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva and Docebo· Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills· Excellent learning delivery skills – group facilitation (in-person and online)· Experienced coach and mentor for sales enablement professionals (colleagues, peers, direct reports all relevant)· Train the Trainer certified· Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable but not essential-Strong MEDDIC and/or Challenger Sales MethodologyIf you are a dynamic professional with a passion for fostering talent development and driving organizational growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.CompensationAnnual base salary plus variable. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location.
