This pioneering firm is the fastest growing in the West End, having doubled in size over the past 3 years. This growth shows no signs of slowing down, as they continue to expand further across multiple practice areas.There has been a continuous upward curve regarding the turnover year on year, with the current turnover at £9 million and aiming for £15 million in the next few years. They are astute business operators, with the firm being debt free. Even during lockdown, they made no redundancies and there were no salary reductions for any of their 65 staff.The Firm
- They are growing at a controlled rate, with care being taken to ensure all new hires fit into the ethos and philosophy of the firm.
- They are a young, vibrant and dynamic organisation, with a lot of their Partners being in their 30’s to mid 40’s.
- The firm’s business strategy is focused on delivering their 5 years business plan, which has organic growth and key hires as its primary objective. The foundations of their growth will come from being a diverse, tech-enabled, egalitarian, highly profitable firm that rewards behaviours and delivers high-value work to our clients. Our aim is to become a branded business that attracts high-calibre clients and people through reputation across our target audiences.
- They have an excellent reputation and extensive experience across the following practice areas: Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance, Company & Commercial, Restructuring & Insolvency, Intellectual Property and Family.
- The have a breakout room to relax in, which includes fruit, cakes and some arcade machines including Street Fighter. They have regular office socials and drinks on a Friday afternoon.
The Role
- This leading West End firm is recruiting for a Private Client Partner to join their flourishing West End office.
- They have a strong reputation within Private Client, specialising in the following services: Powers of Attorney, Trust Creation and Administration, Succession Planning, Estate Related Disputes, Mental Capacity Law, Probate and Estate Administration, Taxation and Wealth and Estate Planning
- The team is currently 6 people, 2 Partners and 4 Associates, plus support staff
- As a business they like to grow organically, so there is a clear pathway for promotions up to Equity Partnership
Requirements:
- You will be a Private Client Partner
- You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships
