AIR EXPORT COORDINATOR | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT |Due to immense growth, our client is currently searching for a new Air Export Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Freight Exports Coordinator to join a fantastic team where a great salary, benefits and opportunities for progression are on offer. This team is open to meet with candidates who have experience in Import or Export Coordination of Air or Ocean freight.THE ROLE|Reporting to the Export Supervisor, you will be responsible for working as part of a team in coordinating all associated operational and administrative processes within the area of exports.RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Liaising with the Warehouse Team and Haulage Agents ensuring operational and administrative processes are coordinated
- Export Customs Clearance
- Putting into practise your knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Security
- Liaising with customers and suppliers ensuring company’s high standard of customer service and policies are upheld
- Invoicing customers and passing of supplier invoices
REQUIREMENTS |
- Previous experience within Air/Ocean Freight operations
- Knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Aviation Cargo Security and Dangerous Goods preferred
- Ability to multitask within a busy environment
- Good communication skills and effective planning and monitoring skills

- Base salary 40k – 45k for 1-2 years exp, Salary Negotiable with higher level of experience
