The Role:

A large, 272-seat dining destination, Sailmaker offers a truly local dining experience. Serving a la cart breakfast, buffet breakfast and Seafarer Dinner, Sailmaker celebrates New South Wales’ finest produce, sourcing local and fresh produce.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a critical role in Sailmaker, demonstrating a passion for people and service. Through your bright personality and ability to thrive in a volume setting, you will go above and beyond to provide our guests with personalised service. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual seeking to work within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster with shifts commencing in the early mornings
