The role involves driving a culture of continuous improvement, leading and developing a dynamic finance team, and ensuring the financial infrastructure supports the growing needs of the business. This position will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, working closely with senior management, and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
