Red D is in search of an experienced Facilities & Services Manager for one of Ireland’s premier Resort Hotels. Nestled in the lush Irish countryside yet conveniently close to Dublin, this resort is a hidden gem with a storied history spanning centuries. Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to uphold the highest standards.
Ensure the resort maintains its pristine condition daily.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring maintenance schedules are met.
Conduct regular inspections to identify repair or renovation needs.
Foster strong relationships with external contractors.
Uphold Health & Safety and Fire Standards for the safety of all.
Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot effectively.
Optimize utilities consumption to reduce costs.
Experience Requirements:
Proven track record in a similar high-energy hotel environment.
Expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Passionate, motivated, and dedicated to quality.
Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
