Sewell Wallis are working with a global service provider based in North Nottinghamshire who are looking to secure a Credit Controller for full-time hours (40 hours). The role would be perfect for those who are wanting to expand their credit control experience, allowing you to develop and become an expert in this area.What will you be doing?

  • Work to minimise overall company debt.
  • Handing all queries and requests, making sure they are promptly resolved.
  • You’ll be working on the phone, and emailing, to chase customer payments and minimise bad/aged debt.
  • Maximising cash collections.
  • Escalating relevant accounts when needed in line with company procedures.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Customer service and credit control experience.
  • Confident with managing disputes, excellent verbal communication.
  • Team player who is happy to support colleagues.
  • Problem solving and analytical brain.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Beneficial to have some experience with SAP.
