My Naas based client is seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join their Team as a Communications and Sales Administrator. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can seamlessly manage external communications while providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to assist in sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Responsibilities (90%):

Internal Communications:

  • Coordinate with various departments to collect updates and share relevant information through internal channels.

External Communications:

  • Craft and maintain consistent messaging for external channels, including but not limited to articles and mass email communications.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and impactful communication materials.

Sales Administration Responsibilities (10%):

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide support to the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
  • Assist in outbound sales efforts, reaching out to existing customers to promote products and services.

Order Processing:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm order details and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, invoices, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in communication tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistency.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and sales administration tools. Experience in SAP B1 is an advantage.
