About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administration services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities and special purpose vehicles throughout their life cycle.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and service minded individual. You will become part of a team of corporate administrators, accountants and secretarial support that manages a portfolio of client companies.

You will strive to provide high quality services to your team and clients. You are highly responsive in communication whether face-to-face, by phone and/or e-mail and you have a proactive “can do” attitude to meet requirements. You actively contribute in maintaining and expanding Citco’s business and help to maintain and improve Citco’s operational procedures.

Your Role:

  • You will manage a portfolio of new and existing client relationships across multiple asset classes including, structured finance, aircraft leasing asset financing and direct lending.
  • You will monitor and oversee the review and sign off of onboarding of new clients and the periodic KYC reviews in conjunction with Citco’s outsourced “centres of excellence” in line with Citco’s AML procedures.
  • Assisting with Citco’s client acceptance and ongoing client lifecycle management process in order to deliver high levels of client service.
  • Liaising with multiple counterparties including originators, Investment Managers, Lawyers, auditors and other relevant parties.
  • You will plan and periodically review client relationships, as well as conduct incident and event-driven client reviews.
  • You will be involved in the processing of electronic payments on various banking platforms across a portfolio of clients in line with Citco’s payment transfer procedure.
  • Assist with adhoc projects and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
  • Provide support and assistance to the team as required to ensure highly quality service is provided to our clients.

About You:

  • You are degree qualified in Law, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • A relevant AML qualification (ACOI or ACAMS) is beneficial
  • Good understanding of Know Your Customer regulations (including AML/CFT framework).
  • Corporate Services and/or SPV administration experience is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulations would be a distinct advantage.
  • You have strong research and analytical affinity, as well as good communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • You are a team player who is also able to carry out tasks individually in a successful manner.
  • You are able to plan and prioritise your work and in an effective manner.
