In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities

  • PO process management
  • AP invoice approvals and processing
  • Spend reporting / controls monitoring
  • Treasury management (receipts and payments processing and bank reconciliations)
  • Payroll processing and query resolution
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:Key Expectations

  • Financial reporting knowledge preferable
  • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience in PPT
  • NetSuite experience preferable
  • Intermediate experience preferable in Coupa; Navan; JPM Treasury; FloQast
