As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the product vision and strategy by working with stakeholders, shaping a clear roadmap based on market research and customer needs
- Conducting market analysis and collaborating with teams to ensure product alignment with business goals
- Maintaining a prioritised list of features, support tickets, and enhancements based on customer and business feedback
- Writing clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide the development team
- Partnering with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless product execution
- Planning and coordinating releases, monitoring progress, and refining iterations based on performance and feedback
As a Product Owner, your skills and experience will include:
- Experience as a Product Owner, ideally within financial software or SaaS environments
- Knowledge of financial processes and regulations, understanding industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, working in an iterative development environment
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with proven experience making data-driven decisions to improve product performance
- Collaborative approach, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
