Faith to Action Network is a global interfaith network comprising more than 140 organizations from diverse faith traditions, including Bahá’í, Buddhist, Christian, Confucian, Hindu, and Muslim groups. We address critical issues such as sexual and reproductive health, gender equality, pluralism, and more. Through innovative community programming and strategic advocacy, we influence change at national, regional, and international levels.
Our Secretariat includes four units: Administration, Strategy, Programs, and Movement Building. In January 2025, the Movement Building Unit will launch an exciting new initiative to strengthen youth engagement through interfaith youth hubs.

Job Summary:
Faith to Action Network seeks a passionate Youth Coordinator to lead a 12-month pilot project creating interfaith youth hubs. These hubs will connect diverse faith-based youth groups and individuals across countries and faiths, fostering collaboration in advocacy, campaigning, and community mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
Youth Hub Development: Launch and manage a 12-month pilot project to create interfaith youth hubs, fostering meaningful youth engagement in Faith to Action Network’s initiatives.
Youth Integration in Projects: Facilitate youth participation in the design, implementation, and evaluation of Faith to Action Network’s projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with youth organizations, civil society actors, County and National governments, and specialized networks to support youth-led initiatives.
Advocacy and Campaigning: Empower youth champions to represent their voices in national, regional, and global advocacy platforms.
Intergenerational Dialogue: Foster collaboration between youth and religious leaders to encourage mutual understanding and partnership.
Event Planning and Coordination: Organize workshops, training sessions, and online events to equip youth with tools for development and exchange.
Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the Communications Officer to leverage social media for visibility, outreach, and resource sharing.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress on youth hubs and project activities, providing regular updates and impact reports to the Movement Building Unit.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in social studies or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in: Implementing projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders such as youth organizations, civil society groups, and government bodies; Promoting interfaith collaboration and youth empowerment, organizing events like workshops, online gatherings, and training sessions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to inspire and connect young people.
• Proficiency in using and monitoring social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory; French proficiency is an added advantage.
• Basic planning and reporting skills, with a flexible and problem-solving approach.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a commitment to interfaith collaboration.
• Professional, respectful, and able to work with colleagues and partners from diverse faith and cultural backgrounds.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation and report writing.
