Workspace ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workspace Manager to join our team at Flutter. As a key position reporting to the Regional Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Workspace Management function across our Dublin office.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Workspace processes and procedures to meet the needs of our dynamic and fast-paced organization. You will have the opportunity to manage the operational budget of the workspace teams across our sites, ensuring effective operations and delivery of services within budget while adhering to Flutter policies and standards.What sets this position apart is the chance to join a renowned organization that is dedicated to delivering exceptional services. As the Workspace Manager, you will have the chance to shape and elevate our services throughout the entire business, drawing upon your understanding of workplace trends and experience in leading teams through periods of transformation.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Driving local events from facilities and catering service delivery, acting as ambassador and champion for employee engagement in the office
- Engaging with important individuals and groups in the area to ensure that the services provided by Workspace align with the business requirements.
- Development and implementation of facilities and workspace policies, simplifying processes to drive efficiency.
- Preparation and management of workspace operating and capital expenditure budgets in collaboration with the Cluster Manager & Head of Workspace.
- Performance management, development, and training of the local team and partners, ensuring efficient utilization through robust governance and reporting.
- Delivery of FM programs, including maintenance, life-cycle requirements, and service level agreements.
- Implementation and management of H&S procedures, creating a healthy and safe working environment.
- Collaboration with the Business Continuity team to effectively manage any potential disruptions to core business activities.
- Ensuring ethical business practices are in place for all workspace team members and suppliers.
- Development and implementation of workspace initiatives promoting a positive working environment and employee wellbeing.
- Cost-reduction and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
- Negotiation and management of services contracts, achieving economies of scale and ensuring consistent, quality service across the group.
- Contractor and vendor relationship management, coordinating and monitoring supplier activities.
- Regular workspace inspections and documentation.
- Planning and management of all workspace services, including reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and parking.
- Coordination of intra-office moves and space allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Ad-hoc office duties.
