W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Full Time Wheels Supervisor. Our Wheels Supervisor takes the initiative to lead our Concierge Team in delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the ‘ W ‘ experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

• Outstanding guest service skills

• Experience in supervising a team

• Experience with Opera property management system

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude

• Energised in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent grooming and presentation skills

• Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
