Job summaryWellness Lead is responsible for the constant improvement & smooth application of the client-specific global wellness program to local teams in all regions who are supporting sensitive social media content review and moderation. In order to provide best in class service, the coordinator collects, analyses, maintains and presents qualitative and quantitative data to internal and external stakeholders in global scale.Main responsibilities

  • Manage projects or activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
  • Provide continuous improvement to the program with the new insights gathered by industry research on global Wellbeing & Resiliency practices.
  • Work with and consolidate multiple data sources in varying format (surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, hard numbers, qualitative and quantitative data, etc.).
  • Drive conclusions and effective actions and successfully present findings to internal and external stakeholders on global scale.
  • Cooperate with various teams within the account (KAM, Operations, HR, etc.) in supporting the deployment of large scale Wellbeing & Resiliency initiatives to local teams while tailoring practices according to culture-sensitive standards.
  • Additional task can be assigned at any time, based on the growing business requirements.

Competencies & professional backgroundBackground:

  • At least 2 years of relevant hands-on working experience in international program coordination in HR, Learning & Development, Wellbeing & Resiliency or in similar fields.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in research and qualitative &quantitative data analysis in social sciences.
  • Highly skilled in presenting data, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
  • Inspiring talent in stakeholder management and overall communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (business fluent).

  • Independent working style and high commitment. Ability to lead a project with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Being able to build strong and positive relationships in a complex international environment.
