We are looking for a Web Account Manager for one of Ireland’s longest standing independent digital agencies.They are currently seeking a talented, motivated and experienced client-facing Web Account Manager to join our expanding team.   • Lead the planning, development, and execution of web design and development projects.
  • Provide expertise to define project specifications and create detailed Statements of Work.
  • Oversee multiple projects, prioritise tasks with clear objectives, and track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, manage stakeholders, and coordinate between design and development teams.
  • Communicate project updates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on the latest tech trends to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Manage day-to-day client expectations, timelines, and project risks.
  • Draft project briefs and schedules, run weekly client meetings, generate status reports, and monitor resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support the creation of creative proposals and project-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of web/account management experience in web design and development, ideally within a digital agency, consultancy, or internal IT teams.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing the entire design and development lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • Focus on the Irish market, with potential opportunities to collaborate on projects in the UK and the US.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Strong client management skills, both in written and verbal communication, as well as overseeing project deliverables.
