JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Title: Warehouse Specialist/Team LeadSalary: €50K+Location: Dublin 15Ref: S011490Description of Role:Warehouse Specialist – Medical distribution.Our client sells a range of medical devices and surgical equipment to hospitals. They are currently recruiting a warehouse specialist to manage their busy and growing warehouse. As this is a small team, this role will be very hands on, responsible for managing stock inventory, goods inwards and outwards processes, fulfilling pick and pack orders and inspecting loaned surgical kits etc. The warehouse specialist will be responsible for all logistics working with logistical partners.Responsibilities include:Manage, monitor & control optimal stock levels, devising ROPs & ROQs for all SQUs in warehousePrepare all Stock orders / Stock order reports as requiredReceiving in orders from suppliers and vendorsProcessing transfer orders from ERP system.Picking & Packing items from the warehouse to fulfil orders.Manage, monitor & control all surgical loan kits & associated kit stock & accessories, ensuring optimal levels at all times to manage demand.Dispatch of kits to appropriate hospitals with correct documentationAssembly of kitsPacking of kitsInspection of incoming kitsKit maintenance & upkeepKit part & accessory replacement managementKit wrap, pack & transport /tote managementControl & monitor the logistical performance of the business & supply relevant reports.Implement & Control Warehouse Lean layout design to build efficiencies.Proper documentation handling – Scanning, Filing, Digital attachmentsRequirements:Candidates will require at least 4 years’ warehouse experience working with healthcare/medical device products.Excellent Attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills to work with wider team (customer service, sales and operations manager).Computer literacy – Packages used include: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Power BI, ERP SystemFocus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures.Strong team playerHighly organized.For more information please send your CV to Hazel Whelan in confidence through the link.Email: hazel@rplus.ieIf you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
