About The Company:Kevin Burke Tyres is one of Ireland’s largest wholesale tyre providers. KBT now operates three retail depots, a wholesale division, and a wheel and plant division, all from a state-of-the-art facility in Athenry. KBT is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards.Job Summary:As a Warehouse Supervisor at KBT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, learning and running our new scanning system, and leading a team to achieve performance targets.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee orders are fulfilled on time.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in operations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field would be preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
