Warehouse Perishables Team Leader in Brisbane, Australia

You will be part of our Air Logistics Warehouse team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + Operational excellence.

Your Role

As an Air Logistics Warehouse Team Leader you will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through coordinating a specific team of Air Logistics specialists.

Your Responsibilities

  • To use Warehouse Management and Inventory system tocomplete reconciliations between these systems and physical stockmovements.

  • To ensure that all data entry relating to the movementof stock is completed accurately and on time.

  • To ensure that all documentation is filed as peroperational and company requirements.

  • To assess workloads within the allocated team +allocate resources adequately on a daily basis.

  • To complete duties relating to warehousing activities+ attend to direct reports’ HR issues such as absence, attendance, sickleave etc.

  • To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) +ensure your teams deliver against their KPI.

  • To ensure that all company equipment + assets arehandled + operated in a responsible manner at all times.

  • To ensure that all team members are compliant with allhealth + safety policies/processes at all times.

  • To undertake any other tasks required by management.
