My client a leading Irish FMCG company are seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager to spearhead their fast growing webstore across their business.This is an exciting role for candidates who have strong warehouse supervisor/manager skills and who also have a keen interest in how the technical aspect of a warehouse and it’s store operates.This ideal candidate will have strong communiaction skills and will have experience in customer service as well.This is a full time permanent role based in Co. Limerick.Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee the daily operations of order picking, packing, and dispatching to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Systems Management

  • Maintain the CMS system with up-to-date and accurate information, ensuring accessibility for all users.

Customer Service

  • Address customer complaints and queries promptly and proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Returns Management

  • Manage webstore returns efficiently while identifying and implementing process enhancements.

People Management

  • Lead the webstore warehouse team by assigning tasks to key service areas and ensuring optimal performance.

Logistics Partner Relations

  • Negotiate competitive rates with logistic partners to guarantee timely collections and efficient delivery packing.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in a modern webstore environment with a strong understanding of customer expectations.
  • Hands-on expertise in supervising and managing order selection, preparation, and shipment.
  • Proficient in using and operating INTACT systems and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong customer service background with proven ability to resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Skilled in managing webstore returns, with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and achieve results through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Positive, adaptable, and resilient, with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
