Warehouse ManagerOsborne are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Manager for our client in Cork.This position requires a leader with strong people and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a focus on continuous improvement. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and delivery to the customer.The ideal candidate will have a strong people management track record, a passion for driving change, and ideally proven experience in a retail and business-to-customer (B2C) environment.For You:
- Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE
- Location: Cork
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage returns.
- Manage transport fleet performance, compliance, and driver coordination.
- Maintain health & safety standards and ensure a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Analyse operational data to drive efficiency and service improvements.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse and transport teams.
- Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing warehouse and transport operations.
- Experience in retail/B2C logistics with customer-facing operations.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations, fleet management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Full driver’s licence (C category desirable).
- Health & Safety qualifications (advantageous).
