We’re equipped to drive meaningful change and shape the future of delivery.Role Overview 📝We’re on the lookout for an experienced sales leader who has demonstrated success and is willing to roll their sleeves up and take HIVED’s sales effort to the next level. So far the majority of our account wins have been based on the great product we’ve built. But as we gear up for U.K. domination, we need a proven leader to drive our sales efforts.You will be a trusted partner across the organisation and work closely with the leadership team to ensure that we have the right go-to market strategy as we continue to hyperscale. You must have a ‘can do anything’ attitude with no task too big or small.The VP of Sales will play a critical role in driving HIVED’s growth by leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and establishing long-term relationships with key clients. This individual will be responsible for maximising revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalise on them
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team success
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team
- Utilise data and analytics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Director of Sales, or similar senior sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Experience in the logistics, delivery, or related industries is a plus
