We’re leading the change; we are the change.We are on a mission to power the future of travel; come join us.What does a great Video Specialist Do?We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Specialist to produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing, storyboarding, and a strong understanding of fundamental filming techniques. This role requires a collaborative team player who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual narratives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc) to edit raw footage into polished, professional videos. Ensure seamless transitions, appropriate pacing, and high-quality sound and visual effects.
  • Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards to visualize the sequence of the video. Work closely with the creative team to ensure the storyboards accurately reflect the intended narrative and visual style.
  • Filming Fundamentals: Apply knowledge of basic filming principles such as composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement to ensure high-quality video production.
  • Collaboration: Work with writers, producers, directors, and other team members to ensure the video content meets the project’s objectives and creative vision.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Review and refine video content to ensure it meets company standards and is free from technical errors or inconsistencies.
  • Content Optimization: Adapt videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal presentations), ensuring they are optimized for each format.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video production and editing, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Who we are looking for in this role:

  • Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Video Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of filming fundamentals including composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
