This role is located in Dublin–HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Reporting to the product manager, supporting them in defining the overall vision, execution, measurement and business outcomes for our data strategy.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers to understand business and regulatory requirements, business strategy and deliver solutions.
- Be able to define the required business architecture to support the product vision and work with IT and SCRUM teams to achieve
- Expect to use data to make, justify and measure investment decisions
- Own the client and business outcomes, with clear articulation and quantification of the business value
- Bring enthusiasm, drive and energy to the product development process
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in product-based roles in complex, enterprise, security services, custody or trustee and depositary environments.
- Have strong analytical and management skills, are familiar with Agile methodology and played an active role in scrums such as backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution.
- The ability to apply backlog prioritization to define sprint goals and enable iterative deliveries is key.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong governance regimes ensuring books of work are accounted for and appropriate controls and oversight are in place
- Preferred:
- Domain knowledge of global custody/ Trustee & Depositary Services
- Strong knowledge of UCITS and AIFs vehicles.
