W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Venue Manager . Reporting to the Director of Beverage and Food , this integral role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of BTWN Restaurant, Bar and the Dessert Bar by Janice Wong. The position drives the vision for service and guest experience of the restaurants, while overseeing the development and implementation of programs to ensure the brand service strategy and brand initiatives are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Oversee the daily operations

• Manage and train venue talent

• Maintain the venue’s appearance and functionality

• Work with the beverage and food team to ensure guest satisfaction

• Manage budgets and financial records related to venue operations
