DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleAs the Vendor Manager you will nurture the Vendor relationship with Netskope, and hold key relationships with the Channel Sales Manage UK&I and sales team. You will take ownership for the day to day business management of revenue and profit targets, develop the channel through existing focus partners, developing Accounts and qualifying suitable target accounts.As the Vendor Manager, you will:

  • Understand where the vendor complements and competes within the existing vendor landscape.
  • Promote complimentary vendor solutions and articulate the Exclusive Networks message.
  • Achieve both individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements
  • Developing relationships at all levels of the vendor organisation.
  • Provide training and enablement of Exclusive Networks team ensuring any accreditations are maintained
  • Develop and drive annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with vendors
  • Managing key accounts alongside the Account Managers
  • Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner meetings
  • Proactively work with Exclusive Networks and Vendor marketing teams to:

o Recruit, enable and drive new resellers
o Develop end user lead generation programs with resellers
o Implement sales & technical training programs * Manage Pipeline, loan process and Stock profile for the vendor

  • Producing monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for Exclusive Networks management and the vendor
  • Work with the partner to on-board vendor through training and enablement across all relevant departments
  • Provide on-going training to educate the partner on new releases and competitive messaging
  • Support vendor focused activities, such as end user events and focus days

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Vendor Manager will:

  • Be an experienced business developer and Account Manager with IT Distribution, Vendor or Reseller experience.
  • Be highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to sales
  • Have excellent business acumen and able to initiative and work as part of a team
  • have knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
  • The ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently.
  • Be target-orientated and ensure that a professional “research driven” approach is adopted to each meeting and opportunity
  • have experienced presenting to senior level contacts
  • be data driven with strong analytical skills
