Job Description:

A health service provider is looking to hire a UX Designer to their enterprise architecture team. This person is going to be contributing to overall design on a new platform as they transform their legacy applications. The individual’s day-to-day will consist of aligning with Product Owners on high level requirements, doing design critiquing, going through Product Owner reviews, and grooming. The designer will be taking a feature into validation, concepting, and then user stories that can go into a sprint. There are two other individuals on the team that they will be collaborating on the project with. This position is fully remote and flexible in working hours.

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of experience within user experience design
Experience with Figma design tool
Design experience in an enterprise level platform that is workflow driven
Experience working in or building Design Systems
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to share a portfolio demonstrating work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to code in various languages
