Job Description

The Utilities Designer will be responsible for creating and developing utility designs using AutoCAD and 12D Model. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

In this role you will:

  • Design and draft utility plans using 12D Model and AutoCAD.

  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design solutions.

  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.

  • Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure project success.

  • Review and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience in civil design or a related field.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AutoCAD

  • Knowledge of additional design software e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Relevant certificate / diploma in design or engineering
