About This Role
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Salesforce Core Practice
- Provide thought leadership and stay ahead of the latest Saelsfroce technologies and updates
- Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development and implementation
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, architects and consultants
- Work closely with a diverse global delivery team, including project managers, developers, Salesforce SMEs, quality assurance professionals and other specialists
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and team members across different time zones
- Define global project delivery methods and process and implement proactive strategies
- Develop go to market strategies, sales materials, implementation and configuration processes for the practice
- Provide guidance on project assignments, ensuring the team meets or exceeds client expectations
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and provide expert consultation and documentation, presenting the solutions to the prospective clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations and solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget
- Drive technical solutions by leading technical design sessions, performing gap analysis between the current and future end-states, and creating architectural diagrams and other technical delivery documents
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines and the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to uphold high-quality standards
- Identify training needs within the Salesforce practice and develop training programs to enhance team skills
- Stay informed about Salesforce certifications and encourage team member to pursue relevant certifications
- Maintain current Salesforce Architect certification(s) and ensure team members remain current
- Help grow the Salesforce team through participation in the recruitment process and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years working with Salesforce Cloud systems, with demonstrated experience leading multiple platform implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously, with 2+ years experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agile project management methodologies
- 10+ years experience in a CRM or Software Development role working with data-driven applications
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Exposure to other Salesforce Industry Cloud (Consumer Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Heath Cloud, etc.) capabilities is a plus
- Additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience delivering enterprise-level solutions that are performant and scalable
- Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface (e.g., Flows, Lightning Data, etc.)
- Awareness of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWCs and VisualForce
- Understanding of the Salesforce data loader for data migration activities in Salesforce, and/or Dataloader.io and how to build solutions for large data volumes
- Experience integrating using authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Knowledge of integration and headless/composable architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit etc.) with Salesforce
- Experience managing and upskilling teams and supporting individual team member growth
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time
