  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement cutting-edge, data-driven strategies that align with our global vision, driving sales, service, and support excellence across the UK and Ireland.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Lead a passionate team to surpass revenue targets, expand our market share, and deliver world-class service in Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Secondary Care.
  • Drive Performance: Utilise metric-based tools like the Daily Sales Report and OpenCRM to ensure consistent achievement of budgets and targets, pushing your team to new heights.
  • Elevate Customer Experience: Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring long-lasting relationships and retention through exceptional service.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
  • Forge Key Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and stakeholders to expand our influence and impact.

· Ensure that Vitalograph fundamentals such as 15Five, MOR, etc. are delivered on time.What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and service leadership within the medical or respiratory diagnostics industry, you have a track record of driving business growth.
  • You’re not just a manager; you’re a leader who inspires, motivates, and drives your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Your strong planning and organisational skills enable you to navigate complex markets and seize opportunities.
  • You have a deep understanding of market needs and are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Your familiarity with regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards ensures that your strategies are both innovative and compliant.
