Your missionAs a Tribology Engineer, you will take the technical lead in the development and optimization of high-performance oils for automotive applications. Your responsibilities include:
Defining technical specifications for new oil formulations, ensuring they meet performance and durability requirements.
Managing and guiding suppliers throughout the development process to ensure alignment with project goals.
Conducting tribological and chemical analyses to evaluate oil performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Providing technical expertise to improve product reliability and address lubrication challenges in automotive systems.
Staying updated on industry trends and leveraging insights to advance oil development projects.
Your experienceWe are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
A master’s degree or PhD in Tribology Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Experience in oil formulation and supplier collaboration within the automotive industry.
Proficient in conducting tribological evaluations and working with oil formulation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and deliver results.
Availability to work three days onsite as part of a long-term assignment.
