HireForce has exclusively partnered with a truly International Plc that requires a Treasury Director (EMEA) to join its group treasury function. In this role, you will manage the Treasury team and report to the Group Treasurer. To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate the ability to work well with corporate departments and business units, and add value through side projects within the Treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing banking relationships to support cash and liquidity structures and hedging programmes.
• Assist with the management of corporate credit facilities and the debt compliance process.
• Under the direction of the Group Treasurer, develop, implement and maintain optimal funding structures for both the group and individual business units including local financing facilities, intercompany borrowing and lending, dividends and capitalisations.
• Develop, implement and maintain cash concentration structures to optimise cash usage throughout the group. Manage group netting arrangements.
• Responsible for the treasury EMEA cash forecast and daily cash position including borrowing and investing as needed.
• Manage all aspects of the implementation of group hedging programmes for foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
• Prepare treasury management reports, review with senior management and recommend areas for improvement.
• Lead and enhance internal processes to improve operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Treasury experience in a large organisation
• Would it be advantageous to be a qualified accountant
• Emotionally intelligent with a natural ability to adjust communication and influencing styles according to the circumstances and audience.
