An opportunity has arisen for a Training & Digital Adoption Lead within Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland (ALPI) Customer Experience Transformation (CET) programme for a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development and delivery of the digital adoption programme for our staff, brokers and customers. You will be responsible for reviewing, analysing and understanding current broker & customer behaviours associated with existing digital assets. You will also be responsible for building an engagement, training and tracking programme to maximise the usage of digital assets in line with ALPI ambition.

The role is focused on developing and delivery of training in support of business strategies, internal procedures and employee development & growth. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, designing effective learning solutions, and driving user engagement with digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate is a customer champion committed to delivering a consistent engaging learner experience with ability to flex delivery and engagement styles.

This role can be based in our Dublin, Cork or Galway office and adheres to Aviva’s hybrid working policy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of learning programs to support our staff, brokers and customers.
  • Design and develop and deliver in-person learning capability for key broker partners.
  • Using a consultative approach, work with wider team, subject matter experts and senior leaders across multiple business functions to deliver one consistent experience nationally.
  • Develop and deliver facilitated learning experiences to help support overall Aviva broker value proposition.
  • Be the customer champion when collaborating and coordinating with partners in determining training needs and appropriate delivery method.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to users, addressing any challenges or resistance to digital adoption.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of training programs and digital adoption initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Formal background and experience in training and development.
  • Proven ability to design and build blended solutions for the insurance/financial services industry.
  • Experience with eLearning tools and learning management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organisational Development, or Learning and Development.
  • Strong communication and presentation experience, strategic problem-solving, and continuous learning abilities.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to own and implement deliverables from start to finish.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and adoption rates
