Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join Europe’s largest airline group!The successful candidate will work as part of our Flight Operations department and will be based in our Head Office in Airside business park in Swords, Dublin.We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast changing environment. If you have the energy and commitment to join our exciting organization, then we want to hear from you.As a Training Coordinator you will gain experience across a wide range of flight operations activities. This role is suitable for a candidate with a qualification in operations, logistics, aviation, management or technology.Duties include:

  • Working in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other units within Ryanair
  • Scheduling of pilot training activities including initial courses, upgrades and recurrent training.
  • Administration of training documentation data input and error tracking
  • Organization of travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees
  • Delivery of industry-leading stable work patterns to Ryanair’s growing pilot body
  • Ensure that scheduling processes are compliant with EASA regulations.
  • Using a suite of reports to generate daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports

Requirements

  • A strong interest in aviation & pilot training
  • Owing to the precise and organized nature of Ryanair’s flight operations, it is important that candidates exhibit an attention to detail
  • Candidates ideally should have previous crewing/ rostering or resource management experience but may not be necessary as full training will be provided
  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be able to multitask
  • Successful candidates will have proven numeric, administrative & computer skills
