What you’ll bring:
Team and Business Area Overview:As the Total Reward Strategy Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team, residing in the newly formed Performance and Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE).You will work together with our Talent & Culture CoEs and Talent and People Experiences Team to ensure alignment of our strategies and that our objectives are being met.You will support the Strategic People Solutions team and Strategic People Partners, forming a community of practice to share technical expertise and ensure the Performance and Reward strategy is executed effectively within the business.What else you need to know:This role is based in Milton Keynes and our expectation is 12 days in the office each calendar month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
