We currently have a vacancy for a Test Automation Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:

• Design, prepare and monitor automated tests;
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process;
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;
• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 8 years of experience in Test Management, defining test strategies, creating test plans and Defect Tracking tools;
• At least 6 years of experience in test automation technologies and tools such as Selenium, Junit;
• At least 6 years of experience in the creation of test automation solutions;
• At least 6 years of experience in API testing tools such as Postman or similar;
• At least 6 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI;
• At least 6 years of experience in Code versioning tools such as Gitlab or SVN;
• At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing tools such as JMeter or similar;
• At least 4 years of experience in the test data management;
• At least 3 years of experience in Confluence, Jira, Zephyr;
• At least 1 year of experience in Cloud testing on AWS;
• At least 1 year of experience in Interoperability Test Bed;
• Strong experience in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript;
• Excellent command of the English language.
