Location: South Central – West London, up to Oxford, West to Salisbury, down to the coast.Product: Surgical instruments and service/maintenance contracts rigid (some flexible) endoscopes, and complex surgical power deviceWho you’ll be working for:This worldwide pioneer in infection prevention, decontamination procedures, and critical care technologies, offers a variety of specialised services and products. What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in your region, to achieve revenue and growth targets in line with assigned targets and the company vision and values.
  • You will be responsible for surgical instrument sales and associated surgical device repair services sales (surgical instrument repair, rigid endoscope repair, surgical power tool repair) and associated products. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and for the growth of new business in your region.
  • Stakeholders/selling to: A wide range of Surgeons including (but not limited to) Orthopaedics, General, Ophthalmic, GI

Here’s what you need:

  • You should have relevant surgical, technical (capital) or service contract sales experience to the NHS.
  • In addition, you should have a strong track record of sales, business development, account management, relationship management, account development within a demanding and complex environment and be able to drive sales conversations across multiple buying audiences and adjust approach accordingly.
  • As a second option, candidates from a surgical clinical background may be considered or candidates with strong sales background from other markets if they have fully researched the role and have the requisite personality attributes.

Basic Salary: to £45,000Bonus: +35% on target (open ended) (35% of basic in bonus @ 100% to Target, 70% of basic @ 150% to target) pays at 80% Vs Target
