The Job:

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be part of our Outdoor Sales team developing new and existing relationships with customers across Sydney, The Illawarra, Southern Highlands and beyond

In this role, you will get to:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business opportunities with our Retail Partners.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business, through partnering and market development

  • Work with Retailers to create Marketing and Advertising strategies – local or aligned to our local and regional brand campaigns

  • Carry out effective onsite product demonstrations, through assessment of customer needs

  • Attend Local and National Field Days, Shows and SBD Outdoors events.

The Person:

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

  • Have an entrepreneurial approach to your relationships

  • An ability and desire to grow relationships, both internal and external

  • Previous sales experience in Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Tools, Hardware or similar

  • The ability to compile and execute detailed strategic area business plans

  • Previous experience in Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Excel or similar would be highly advantageous

  • Be prepared to travel, with circa 5-6 nights away from home a month.
