The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing your territory as if it were your own business, taking ownership of our Acute Care portfolio across VIC and SA. With decades of innovation, Stryker has been committed to improving patient care and enhancing caregiver safety, and our product offerings in the hospital bed market reflect this. Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives.

  • Be a trusted partner for our customers and work complex deals from conception through to completion.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts are provided the highest service quality

  • Strategically partner with other divisions at Stryker to identify and qualify new opportunities.

  • Problem solve business and product queries, coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.
