Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Training Facilitator to deliver engaging remote training sessions, ensuring employees gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead virtual, instructor-led training via Zoom.
  • Record voice-overs for on-demand training modules.
  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts on program goals.
  • Track attendance, participation, and learner progress.
  • Rehearse and deliver training materials with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve training.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree plus 1–2 years’ experience, or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, read the “virtual room,” and drive engagement.

Work Environment:

  • Remote role, requires computer, headset, and reliable internet.
  • No travel required.
