Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Service Delivery Specialist to support reporting, operational readiness, and performance insights across projects. This role ensures accuracy in reporting, billing, and employee processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reports.
• Validate daily tracking reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate time and attendance reporting.
• Compile billable hours for invoicing and reconcile variances.
• Track and report incentive program results.
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Identify process improvements and partner on report automation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot); Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Work Environment:

• Remote role, requires computer, headset, and reliable internet.
• No travel required.
