Type: Full-time, Temporary Assignment (Project-Based, 1-6 months)

Pay: $17.00/HR

Overview:

We are seeking Temporary Remote Agents to support a direct claims program for victims of a California wildfire. These claims will involve property loss and physical injury.

All calls are inbound, and agents will provide assistance with general inquiries, FAQs, and claim submission reports via the program’s website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from claimants with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Assist callers with completing online claim submissions for property loss or injury.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding claim status, eligibility, and program details.
• Enter and update claimant data in the system quickly and accurately.
• Review documentation and escalate complex issues or discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all privacy and security protocols.
• Follow established call handling and data entry procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals related to accuracy, responsiveness, and productivity.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Must have a clean background check and verifiable work history.
• Must meet all equipment and internet requirements listed in the pre-screening process.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the full project duration.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
• Previous call center, customer service, or claims experience preferred.
