We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Telesales Representative to join our large customer service fulfillment center in Greater Manchester. In this role, you will make outbound sales calls to businesses, promote our services, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities will include business development tasks such as prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities, as well as managing accounts effectively.Key responsibilities consist of:

  • Manage all aspects of account management.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
  • Log meeting minutes accurately.
  • Meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings.
  • Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
  • Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
  • Contribute to team sales strategy discussions.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days office)|OTE commission upto £42,000 per 12 monthsA successful Telesales representative should have:

  • A strong motivation for sales.
  • Business orientated and independent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using database software.
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Salary from £25,000 to £26,00
  • Monthly commission bonus expected Year 1 earnings £42,000
