About the Role

In this role you will be part of our Telesales team located inside Mantra on View in Surfers Paradise. You’ll be responsible for selling exciting 2-night holidays. Whilst on holiday your guest will have the opportunity to discover the benefits of Accor Vacation Club.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers (approximately 85% of the time).

  • Receive inbound calls from customers who require further information or would like to book in for a holiday (approximately 15% of the time).

  • Connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

Skills and Experience

  • A positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.

  • You are resilient and a go-getter with a knack for sales.

  • A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
