Responsibilities

• A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry

• Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

• Ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Driven, dedicated and committed with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage

This is a part -time role of 28 hours per week divided over 4 days between Monday and Friday.
